Career history
I started work with Motorcharge in 2001 as an administrative assistant, and in 2002 I relocated to head office in Melbourne, to be a Customer Service Advisor. In June 2004, I became State Account Manager for Western Australia.
Training and development with ReD
During my time at ReD, I have had Customer Relations training, and completed additional courses covering effective sales and communications techniques in business. This has assisted me in dealing with a wide range of customers, and improved my communication skills.
Achievement at ReD
I received ReDs Outstanding Achievement Award for 2003; awarded for improved work processes, partnership and team efforts, exceptional customer service and commitment to quality and efficiency.
What ReD looks for from its employees?
I believe ReD looks for people who are bright ambitious and dedicated; who can demonstrate initiative, and are prepared to work hard to high standards.
Future career development
As I am still new to my role as an Account Manager, Ill be putting my energies into fostering key relationships and encouraging new business opportunities.
Qualifications
I studied film, theatre and television before joining the ReD group, and in 2004, I completed Certificate III in Business .
What do you enjoy about working at ReD?
