Carl Clump, Chief Executive Officer

CARL CLUMP, GROUP CHAIRMAN

Carl Clump was appointed  Group Chairman of Retail Decisions in August 2011, the company he had founded in 2000. Previously, Carl spent 13 years with Texaco where he held roles such as European Marketing Co-ordinator; Manager, UK Marketing and Planning Division; and President Directeur Général of TEPAR a consortium of European card issuing companies. He then became Group Managing Director of The Harpur Group Limited - an international processor and issuer of corporate cards. He led the management buyout of Retail Decisions plc which was effected in December 2006 by Palamon Capital Partners for £186 million pounds.

Carl has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management.


Paul Stanley

PAUL STANLEY, CEO

Paul has more than 20 years experience of the payments industry, having previously worked for HSBC, LINK Interchange Network Ltd, NCR Corporation and First Data.

At First Data, Paul was the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of First Data’s international financial services business for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asian regions.

Prior to First Data, Paul was founder and CEO of Moneybox plc, which deployed a network of convenience ATMs across Europe, developed stored value card solutions for the workplace and provided outsourcing services to banks and retailers. In March 2004,

Moneybox was floated on London’s AIM market.

Paul has also provided consultancy services to financial institutions, payments businesses, venture capitalists, government agencies and charities throughout the world.


Nick Walker

NICK WALKER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Nick has over 20 years technical, commercial and management experience in the supply of retail point of sale and payment systems. Nick joined Card Clear in 1999 to focus on developing international market opportunities. He established the South African arm of the business in 2000, and headed up the delivery of fraud prevention services to all major banks and retailers in the region.


Kevin Sprake

KEVIN SPRAKE, REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR RETAIL DECISIONS (NORTH AMERICA)

Mr. Sprake is the Regional Director of North America for Retail Decisions.  In this role he is the executive responsible for all customer facing activities which include Risk Management, Customer Service, Account Management and Sales. Mr. Sprake has spent over 15 years serving in multiple key executive management and operational positions where he was in charge of customer account teams and core strategic business development initiatives focused on multinational payment processing and fraud prevention services in the telecommunications and ecommerce retail sectors.  Mr. Sprake has had full accountability for the development, maintenance, and growth of the ReD customer base, as well as responsibility for strategic partner relationships within North America.  He is a long time supporter of the Merchant Risk Council and was elected to the US Advisory Board in July 2010.



MANISH PATEL, REGIONAL DIRECTOR, EUROPE

Manish is a business professional with over 20 years experience within the banking, payments and fraud prevention industry. Starting his career at NatWest Bank Plc, Manish spent 10 years within Retail Banking and International Card acquiring before joining Retail Decisions in 2000. Since joining ReD, Manish has established himself as an accomplished expert within the field of payments and fraud prevention and has played a key role in the development of Retail Decisions business in Europe. As Regional Director, Manish is responsible for managing and leading the Sales, Account Management, Risk & Customer Support teams for Retail Decisions in Europe and South Africa.


Paul Avery

PAUL AVERY, REGIONAL DIRECTOR, ASIA & AUSTRALIA

Paul is an experienced business leader, specialising in business development, change management and strategic sales leadership. He has held senior roles in Caltex, Optus, Ticketek and most recently Aussie Home Loans.

Paul holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney.


Kami Boyer

KAMI BOYER, HEAD OF GLOBAL MARKETING, RETAIL DECISIONS

Kami has spent over 7 years working in the payments sector. Internationally based, she has held senior positions in the US, UK, China and Australia. Kami is currently Head of Global Marketing at Retail Decisions (ReD). She was previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ReD US and Chief Marketing Officer of ChinaBank Payments, a joint venture between ReD and ChinaBank. Kami is also an accomplished international speaker, representing ReD at events including Payments 2010 in Beijing and Airline Outlook Beijing and Australia. Kami has a BA in business from Lake Forest College.



DAVID NUNN, HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

David has more than 25 years experience in the Financial and IT industries.  He has worked for large multi-national companies in various roles including international systems deployment, system development and management.  He has spent 10 years in New York working for Chemical Bank and Citibank N.A..  He has worked on assignments in Frankfurt, Germany and Brussels working for Citibank’s European central card processing centre.  He spent 2 years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia working for the Saudi British Bank (part owned by HSBC) where he was responsible for the operational support and development of all real-time mission-critical front-end systems including ATM, POS and Treasury systems.  He was also responsible for ensuring that these systems were Year 2000 compliant.  David brings a wealth of valuable experience to the ReD organization.


Neshia Batchasingh

NESHIA BATCHASINGH, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Neshia Batchasingh has over 15 years of experience across a number of industries, including IT services and oil and gas, of which two years were spent with Fujitsu Services. Prior to this Neshia worked at BG Group.  During her six years with the company her roles ranged from the Financial Management of BG’s capital investments in Trinidad to Business Planning in the UK head office.

Neshia joined ReD in 2005 and has progressed from Head of Finance for a subsidiary ReD company, to her current position of Chief Financial Officer for the group.  Neshia was instrumental in the management buyout of ReD plc which was affected in December 2006 by Palamon Capital Partners, and during her time at ReD, has effectively implemented a number of strategic changes to systems and procedures. Neshia continues to make decisions which improve the financial results of the business.
