CARL CLUMP, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Carl is Chief Executive of ReD and was appointed Chief Executive of Card Clear plc in 1998.

Carl spent 13 years with Texaco where he was European Marketing Co-ordinator; Managing the UK Marketing and Planning Division; and President Directeur Général of TEPAR a consortium of European card issuing companies. He then became Group Managing Director of The Harpur Group Limited - an international processor and issuer of corporate cards. He led the management buyout of Retail Decisions plc which was effected in December 2006 by Palamon Capital Partners for £186 million pounds.

Carl has an MBA from The Cranfield School of Management.

CLIVE DRYSDALE, GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR

Clive, who is a chartered accountant, joined the group in October 2007. He has worked as a group finance director in private equity backed and publicly quoted businesses since 1995 and has considerable experience in both fast growth and business turnaround situations. Prior to 1995 he spent nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

SUE HANDO, MANAGING DIRECTOR - ReD PREPAID CARDS (AUSTRALIA)

Sue Hando is Managing Director of ReD Prepaid Cards (Australia), the market leading solution provider for prepaid cards. Sue is responsible for the overall direction of the division including strategy, business development, operations and service delivery. Sue's proven track record in the loyalty and cards industry spans 15 years, and during this time, she's held senior management positions with Insurance Australia Group, Westpac and Qantas. 

DAVID HOWELL, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF ReD FUEL CARDS (AUSTRALIA)

David Howell joined Retail Decisions in November 2007 as the Managing Director of ReD Fuel Cards (Australia).  David has over 25 years experience across the retail, fuel and banking industries, with career roles at Coles Myer as General Manager-Financial Services, Shell and ANZ. David holds a bachelor of Business Studies and is a member of FCPA and MAIDC

PAUL AVERY, GENERAL MANAGER OF RED FUEL CARDS (EUROPE)

Paul is an experienced business leader, specialising in business development, change management and strategic sales leadership. He has held senior roles in Caltex, Optus, Ticketek and most recently Aussie Home Loans.

Paul holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney.

NICK WALKER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Nick has over 20 years technical, commercial and management experience in the supply of retail point of sale and payment systems. Nick joined Card Clear in 1999 to focus on developing international market opportunities. He established the South African arm of the business in 2000, and headed up the delivery of fraud prevention services to all major banks and retailers in the region.
