EXECUTIVE TEAM
CARL CLUMP, CHIEF EXECUTIVECarl is Chief Executive of ReD and was appointed Chief Executive of Card Clear plc in 1998. Carl spent 13 years with Texaco where he was European Marketing Co-ordinator; Managing the UK Marketing and Planning Division; and President Directeur Général of TEPAR a consortium of European card issuing companies. He then became Group Managing Director of The Harpur Group Limited - an international processor and issuer of corporate cards. Carl has an MBA from The Cranfield School of Management.
CLIVE DRYSDALE, GROUP FINANCE DIRECTORClive, who is a chartered accountant, joined the group in October 2007. He has worked as a group finance director in private equity backed and publicly quoted businesses since 1995 and has considerable experience in both fast growth and business turnaround situations. Prior to 1995 he spent nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
MARK GOLDSPINK, MANAGING DIRECTOR - ReD EUROPEBefore joining ReD, Mark was European General Manager of Hemscott plc where he was responsible for delivering outsourced e-business information solutions to investment banks, auditors, head-hunters, stockbrokers and blue chip companies. Prior to Hemscott plc, Mark spent 12 years with Texaco UK as Retail Director and Texaco, Inc. as Global Marketing Director. Mark has a PHD in Chemistry from London.
PAUL HOLLAND, MANAGING DIRECTOR - ReD FUEL CARDS (EUROPE)Paul joined Retail Decisions in 2005 following the acquisition of FuelServ, now known as ReD Fuel Cards (Europe). Appointed Managing Director in 2002, Paul has some 12 years’ experience in the European fuel card industry. Previously Paul has worked in transport services industry, operating in various senior sales and marketing positions. A Chartered Marketer, Paul has an MBA from Kingston Business School.
SUE HANDO, MANAGING DIRECTOR - ReD PREPAID CARDS (AUSTRALIA)Sue Hando is Managing Director of ReD Prepaid Cards (Australia), the market leading solution provider for prepaid cards. Sue is responsible for the overall direction of the division including strategy, business development, operations and service delivery. Sue's proven track record in the loyalty and cards industry spans 15 years, and during this time, she's held senior management positions with Insurance Australia Group, Westpac and Qantas.PASCAL GUYOT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORPascal spent 13 years with TOTAL where he was Business Manager in the UK; Project Manager for the launch of a new fuel card on the French market; General Manager for TEPAR - a consortium of European card issuing companies. He then continued his career as with AMADEUS, worldwide leader in technology for airlines, where he was involved in business development in the e-commerce arena for major European airlines.
