NICK WALKER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Nick has over 20 years technical, commercial and management experience in the supply of retail point of sale and payment systems. Nick joined Card Clear in 1999 to focus on developing international market opportunities. He established the South African arm of the business in 2000, and headed up the delivery of fraud prevention services to all major banks and retailers in the region.

SUSHMITO GHOSH, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - ReD USA

Sushmito Ghosh is the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Retail Decisions, Inc. (ReD USA). Ghosh is responsible for the management and development of partners, resellers and strategic alliances for ReD's PRISM® proactive risk management and fraud detection solutions.

Previously, Ghosh was President of Nestor Inc.'s NestorCommerce division where he was principally responsible for the launch and growth of the PRISM product line. He has an in-depth knowledge of predictive, pattern-recognition technology and has developed neural-network models for machine vision, on-line character recognition, mortgage portfolio analysis and securities trading.

Ghosh holds a Masters Degree in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has co-authored a number of scientific papers and technical publications.
